TCU Cello Ensemble


The TCU Cello Ensemble is comprised of exceptional young artists come from Fort Worth, the Metroplex, as well as from Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Korea, Mexico, Peru and Poland, currently studying under the direction of Dr. Jesus Castro-Balbi at TCU.  Since its debut in 2005, the TCU Cello Ensemble has already been featured in the 2005 Festival Iberoamericano de las Artes in Puerto Rico and at the 2006 TCU Latin Arts Festival, giving the US premiere performance of Marlos Nobre's Canto a Garcia Lorca and the Texas premiere of Samuel Zyman's Reflection.
